Prairie
Title was incorporated by Frank Pellegrini, our president,
in 1983. Our strength lies in the fact that we provide
our customers with the convenience, flexibility and adaptability
of a small company as well as the strength and security
of four of the nation's largest title insurance underwriters
- Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York,
Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title
and Attorney's Title Guaranty. We've grown steadily through
the years and serve all six counties in metropolitan Chicago
through our 8 offices and closing facilities.
Our philosophy is to provide the finest service within
our profession. For us, it's actually pretty easy. Our
customers are not billing statements. Everyone has a name,
face, and individual needs. We remember who's who, and
by doing that, entire companies turn into people who ultimately
turn into friends.
Prairie Title's growth is directly attributable to the
quality of people who endeavor daily to make our company
work. Period. The combined experience of our professional
staff affords our customers easy access to seasoned veterans.
At Prairie Title, decisions are made quickly, but not
imprudently. We are direct and maintain a no-nonsense
operation. As a result, we number among our customers
some of the largest mortgage and lending institutions
in the Chicago area and in the country, as well as an
equally impressive roster of real estate attorneys.
Despite the diligence we exercise in getting the job done,
a lighthearted atmosphere is maintained throughout our
office, right down to the basket of candy at our front
door for visitors every Halloween.
